Spring 24
Year 2 using their designs to make a moving vehicle 🚗 🚙
Year 2 began their project to design and make a moving vehicle today. We spent some time exploring how wheels and axles work to make a car move and then designed our own vehicles, thinking carefully about the materials we would need. We are very excited about making them next week - check back to see the results!
Autumn 23
Year 1 have been exploring puppets, practising their sewing skills, designing, making and evaluating their own puppets.
Year 2 visit to Green's Windmill. Having a bread making lesson. Then a visit in the mill to see how it works.
Year 2 Class 6 busy during the making process of a healthy pasta salad. We had designed our pasta salads choosing healthy ingredients from each of the food groups. Once they were made we tried them so we could then evaluate.
