Physical Education

At Phoenix we value the importance of PE and understand the positive impact exercise and activity has children's health and well being.  We teach fun, engaging and energetic sessions on a weekly basis.  These sessions are carefully planned to develop the children's skills, building on the learning from the previous year.  

This half term in F2, we have been developing our balance, co-ordination and agility skills through the use of space hoppers, stilts, scooters and large apparatus.

This half term Year 2 have been developing our fundamental movement skills. Today we have been practicing the proper techniques for jumping, concentrating really hard on bending our knees and landing on two feet. Have a look at us in action!
