World Book Day

On World Book Day 2026, our children enjoyed a wonderful day celebrating the joy of reading. Instead of staying in their usual classrooms, the children travelled around the school to visit different teachers, each of whom shared one of their favourite stories.

Throughout the day, the children listened to a wide variety of engaging books and took part in a range of fun activities linked to the stories they heard. From creative tasks to lively discussions, the day encouraged imagination, curiosity and a love of reading.

It was fantastic to see the excitement across the school as children discovered new books, shared favourite characters and celebrated the magic of storytelling together.
